Stay Connected with Patients: Facebook

There’s no denying that our current situation has been challenging. COVID-19 protocols have required chiropractors to change how things are done in their practices, but the connection between patient and chiropractor is more important than ever. With social distancing and less interaction with patients, one way to stay connected is through Facebook. Here are our tips.

Facebook Live

A strong social media presence is a great way to build relationships, especially as there is an increase in internet use as people practice social distancing. Facebook Live viewers have increased by as much as 50%. This is a great free marketing feature where you can answer questions, provide advice, give updates on your practice, or even share some quarantine stretches. Another feature is that these live sessions can be saved and shared again. With viewership higher than ever, this is a great time to start running live sessions. If you aren’t familiar with Facebook Live, be sure to check out our Tuesday Night Lives to see what you’re missing out on.

Host a Giveaway

Who couldn’t use a little extra dose of happiness right about now? If you are able,  put on a giveaway. This could be a free chiropractic evaluation, massage, or other services your practice offers. Be sure to include specific rules like participants must share the post to encourage audience engagement. Not only could you end up with some new patients, but you’ll also boost some spirits, too.

Connect With Your Community

There are countless COVID-19 posts on social media. In order to stand out, you don’t have to offer some earth-shattering post. A simple, heartfelt message with no intention other than to wish your community well can go a long way. Plus, patient education is important, so you can use this platform to share how your services can benefit the community.
