DR. BRETT AXELROD, ELMSFORD NY

Q. What path brought you to ChiroDestiny?

A: I love to share what I’ve learned with other chiropractors. I want to see other DC's be able to reach their full potential. Rick and I became good friends and shared a vision of creating a coaching company together to create hope and inspiration for our colleagues.

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A. I am known professionally for teaching a daily routine called the HOUR OF POWER. It consists of having written goals, saying affirmations and doing visualizations/meditations on a daily basis to reprogram your subconscious mind to a successful and empowering mindset. I have a knack for inspiring and motivating chiropractors out of a slump and off of a plateau to a sense of excitement and enthusiasm to practice again.

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. The one problem I am best at solving is helping DC's to create empowering belief systems from limiting belief systems and to create the necessary state management to handle any challenge in their life personally and professionally.

Q. Who have you worked with in the past? And what have you done for them?

A. I have worked with chiropractors from all walks of life from the start up to the doctor seeing 800 visits/week. I help them to get clear about what the next phase of their life, both personally and professionally, could look like and then help them design the action steps to manifest it.

Q. What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. Personally, I am passionate about staying in great shape and being really fit. I am also a vegetarian as well. I love playing basketball especially against younger kids and having the ability to not only keep up, but continue to beat them based on experience. I also love spending time with my wife and 2 daughters. I get great pride in watching my two girls work through academic challenges, and then watching their self-esteem grow. It’s been a fascinating journey watching them mature into young woman. Kudos to my amazing wife, Jill.

Q. Why would someone not want to work with you?

A. Someone would not want to work with me if they are not prepared to do whatever it takes to succeed. If they going into the coaching relationship half-heartedly and not prepared to work harder on themselves than they do on their practice.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. My grand, audacious goal is to build ChiroDestiny into the premiere Coaching and Success company and become completely financially independent so I can help as many DCs as possible, and go wherever I want to with whomever I want to. I wish people would believe that all success and prosperity comes from who they are and that they have all the control in the world once they learn to change their thinking, create a feeling of expectancy, and take inspired action.

DR. RICK MARKSON, N. MIAMI BEACH FL

Q. What path brought you to ChiroDestiny?

A: From the first time we met in 1997, it was “Bro-mance” at first site.  Brett and I knew that we wanted to help chiropractors grow personally and professionally. We do this through our own brand of “Edu-tainment”

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A.   I have been raised in chiropractic and success philosophy since I was born. I knew from the age of 6 that I was going to follow in my dad’s footsteps as a chiropractor. I performed in musical theatre through high school and sang in a band in college. I use those stage skills in my practice and my coaching to keep audiences engaged, entertained, and helping them to see what’s possible.

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. I would say I’m best at building rapport with all personality types. My goal is to help people fulfill THEIR goals. I have no judgment or ego behind my coaching. It is all about them. Each coaching client becomes a part of my family, and my family is my highest value.

Q. Who have you worked with in the past? And what have you done for them?

A. I have coached hundreds of doctors and CA’s and I have spoken in front of tens of thousands. If I even had a little impact that allowed those people to become more self-aware, so they were able to turn their weaknesses into strengths, I did my job.

Q. What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. My highest values are family, friends, and passion. I love contributing to others, both in practice and in coaching. I love to work on my weaker areas. I love to set goals and achieve them. I love to use my creativity to help others break through. I’m most passionate about experiences. I don’t care much about material things. I am more about sharing experiences with the people I love.

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A. I believe that I am best known as someone who has owned and operated multiple offices. I am also well known as an auto crash reconstructionist (Accident reconstructionist).

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. One of my strengths is identifying what is holding my client’s back and identifying the limiting beliefs. From there we build a strong partnership to replace the limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs to enable them to achieve greatness. My client’s tell me how much they appreciate me holding them strongly accountable and calling them out when necessary.

Q.What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. Personally, I am very passionate about my  family, I have been married for 23 years and have 2 beautiful daughters. We love vacationing together and spending time at the beach. I also have two crazy boxer puppies that are just over a year-old, they are very fun and always keep things interesting. I am also passionate about my physical health, I really enjoy working out and am currently working on my third degree black belt in Krav Maga ( Israeli Martial Art).

Q. Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

A. When I am not at my office you can typically find any running, at LA Fitness or sparing the martial art studio.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. My greatest goal is to see my children succeed and enjoy all the abundance and prosperity the world has to offer. My greatest professional goal is to continue to serve chiropractic long after my days of practice. My greatest vision is to utilize my coaching skills to help those in our profession to achieve all the greatness that is their birthright. I feel a personal responsibility whenever possible to have a positive influence on those doctors in our profession who have the potential of impacting the health and well-being of this world.

DR. Bryan Wills, Rochelle IL

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A. Professionally, I am known for having a very high patient visit average (PVA). I am very passionate about living the chiropractic lifestyle and connecting with patients. Most doctors that I coach believe that patient education is the only way to move people from symptom care to wellness. However, while I believe that education is a must, I think a far more important and ignored aspect is relationship building. Patients will follow doctors that they like and respect. Your patient education falls on deaf ears if you don’t have relationships built with your patients. That is where I come in.

Q. What's the one problem you are best at solving for clients?

A. One of my strengths is helping chiropractors to see that most of the time, the glass ceiling they are consistently running into is simply a projection of their own fears and limiting beliefs onto their patients. Once those are identified, we can replace those beliefs with empowering ones and stop the projecting. Only then can chiropractors experience the practice success they were meant to have.

Q.What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. I am very passionate about my family. I’ve been married for 17 years and have two young kids. Traveling and making memories with them is something I cherish. I am also passionate about helping others learn the success principles that I have picked up over the years from my own mentors. Whether through my practice, coaching, or serving on our school board, I want others to have the chance to chase all the success they desire.

Q. Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

A. When I’m not working you can usually find me at our lake house with the family, on the golf course, or manning the grill with a cold drink.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. My grand, audacious goal would be to expand my influence on the chiropractic profession by creating multiple offices in our area and by coaching chiropractors around the world. If each and every chiropractor truly understands that everything they could ever want is on the other side of their fear, our profession would become the dominant force in healthcare that it should be. As a wise man once said, “It’s all in your head!”
