Our Coaches

Dr. Dan Cox, Williamsville NY

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A. I believe that I am best known as someone who has owned and operated multiple offices. I am also well known as an auto crash reconstructionist (Accident reconstructionist).

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. One of my strengths is identifying what is holding my client’s back and identifying the limiting beliefs. From there we build a strong partnership to replace the limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs to enable them to achieve greatness. My client’s tell me how much they appreciate me holding them strongly accountable and calling them out when necessary.

Q.What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. Personally, I am very passionate about my  family, I have been married for 23 years and have 2 beautiful daughters. We love vacationing together and spending time at the beach. I also have two crazy boxer puppies that are just over a year-old, they are very fun and always keep things interesting. I am also passionate about my physical health, I really enjoy working out and am currently working on my third degree black belt in Krav Maga ( Israeli Martial Art).

Q. Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

A. When I am not at my office you can typically find any running, at LA Fitness or sparing the martial art studio.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. My greatest goal is to see my children succeed and enjoy all the abundance and prosperity the world has to offer. My greatest professional goal is to continue to serve chiropractic long after my days of practice. My greatest vision is to utilize my coaching skills to help those in our profession to achieve all the greatness that is their birthright. I feel a personal responsibility whenever possible to have a positive influence on those doctors in our profession who have the potential of impacting the health and well-being of this world.

" whether you think you can or you think you can't , you're right" - Henry ford

Dr. Robert Frieman, Baltimore MD

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A. Professionally I am passionate about working with my patients to create optimum health & helping to ensure that each Doctor I work with has the practice of their dreams, is financially complete and able to care for their family and their own future.

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. If I had to pick one problem that I love to "fix" in a practice it would be to make it more fun & efficient for the doctor and therefore a better experience for the patients.

Q.What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. Personally, I can't stop talking about my kids, my cars and chiropractic (I know sounds corny but true)

Q. Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

A. My favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon is poolside or on the beach, with an icy drink, a few good friends, and great conversation.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. If I had only one big audacious goal it would be to "fix" the chiropractic profession, have us as the centerpiece & crown jewel of healthcare. I only wish that you could see the greatness within you and therefore get out of your own way and truly grow to your greatest potential. I wish each and everyone knew (as I do) that if any one can do something then by definition it is possible and so can they, if they chose too.

Dr. Joe Hudak, Edison NJ

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A. Professionally I am most passionate about working with young people, not only chiropractically but also emotionally by teaching some of the principles I have learned over my 20 year personal development journey.

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. One of the things I help my clients with most is profitability. “Volume is for vanity & profit is for sanity” is a quote I share all the time. It is great to help over 100 patients a day,  however often times I see many high volume offices with high overheads or worst yet extremely low fees resulting in low income from high volume.

Q.What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. Personally I enjoy weight training and competitive body building, it gives me something to improve on a daily basis, and consistently make good decisions regarding my diet, exercise routine and more importantly the rest that I get. (much like consistency required for building a successful chiropractic practice)

Q. Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

A. When I am not in the office you will either find me intensely working out in the gym, or laying pool or Oceanside soaking up some vitamin D. Sitting in beach chair with my feet just at the edge of the incoming waves is where you will find me on an off day or weekend, and when you see me there I will most likely have ear buds in, listening to a guided meditation or some audio on personal development.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. My grand audacious goal would be to have chiropractic reach critical mass, pass the preverbal tipping point, to see a world where the majority of people were under regular chiropractic asymptomatic wellness care, where it would be more common to be under active chiropractic care than not be under care, a world where every hospital/birthing center had a chiropractor on staff checking newborns for subluxations due to the traumatic birthing process.

Dr. Susan Mitchell, Bloomington IL

Q. What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?

A.As a coach I have a real knack for helping my clients define and create their most authentic, fearless selves.  I can quickly identify what is limiting their success.  I think so many of us are trying to balance work, family and so many other obligations, that we forget why we are even doing what we are doing.  We get so into our to do lists that we forget to live and consciously create our lives. That is where I come in.
I am also known for not having a filter.  I call it as I see it but very much from a place of love and support!
Find the cause and do the work to reduce the interference to the life of your dreams.  I really think it is that simple.

In practice, I am known for my high volume, pediatric practice.  I am known for speaking up for children's health.  I feel like I am our children's voice.  I have delivered Chiropractic care and educated parents for 2 decades on how to keep their children healthy naturally from conception throughout their lifetime.  I believe every parent deserves to know the true effects of subluxation, vaccines, medications, and the poor food choices they are making for their family and that job lands on our shoulders as Chiropractors.

Q.What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

A. I can see through the limiting beliefs and help my clients see where they are holding themselves back.  I help people to see they can juggle it all and create an amazing life full of success, love, great relationships, and a great family life!

Q.What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy?

A. I am an awareness junkie.  I love to be self aware and help others have their own awarenesses to help them get unstuck in their life. I am very passionate about helping clients and parents make empowered, conscious decisions for their businesses and for their families.

Q. Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

A. I love to be outside in nature. Relaxing at the beach, hiking the mountains, or a glass of wine on a nice patio...I am in.

Q.What is your grand, audacious goal? What do you wish people would know, believe, do?

A. I would love to see every man woman and child living their most authentic life.  I want to help people break through their "follow the herd" mentality and just be the best and happiest version of themselves. I think most people are told how to live from the second they enter this world. I want to give people the tools to create all THEY desire in every aspect of their life.
